Hi and welcome,

Very good start ! There are two things I would change right away. Once that is done and we see the new render I can give you better feed back. First you have the gamma up to high, You're loosing the darks in the scene.
Also the dome you are using  has too much blue in it. Open the HDRI in PS and desaturate the blues.
Let's see what the image looks like after that.
Oh...one other things you might want to zoom in just a tad. Ethier don't show the rear bumper or zoom in so your cutting the bumper in half.

I also agree about the gamma.  You don't have enough contrast in your HDR environment and it's causing things to look more dull then they need to be.  You need more "umph" in your HDR in order to give more shape and depth to the car.
