Is there a way to render just this reflection without the ring?

I accidentally forgot to click the "Ground Reflections" check box before I rendered these rings (which took about 2 days to render a turn table). And I would love to be able to render soley the reflection back in and then composite it with the finished renders in After Effects. Is this possible? Or do I need to re-render the entire scene?

I was just thinking I might be able to get away with rendering only a portion of the animation with the "render region" feature. But I am open to suggestions.

I'm afraid you can't, the only solution that I see is using Region render.
By the way, I like the model, good work.
