i'm really new to 3d modelling and rendering so pardon my render, i'm doing a render of an interior but somehow the walls are appearing really blotchy when emmisive lights are used.. and if i use real time render, the image just remains grainy (after waiting a good 3 hours), what is it i'm doing wrong?  :(

I would suggest removing the texture and replacing it with a proper even texture.
you can try reducing the roughness of the surface as well. but seeing your final render it should be fine left like it is.

Emissives take a long time to resolve when used in realtime render mode. We are working on improving this.

Hi,

I have the same exact issue.

I tried a lot of changes in the render settings and the materials settings and nothing seems to work except increasing samples and  shadows quality. It takes much more time to render and that's quite frustrating for a simple diffuse white material.. If someone has a better solution, please help!

And GI quality. Yes - it takes time. We are working on performance improvement.
