Saving Project Problem

When I tried to save my project it says it saving at 99% and just sits there with the bar flashing green (please see attached screen shot). While this going on I cannot  close KeyShot  by clicking on close (red x) either I have to reset my machine .
Also I'm having problems when assigning metals to the project. I can do two then cannot assign any more.
Please help

Does this happen for all projects or just this one?  You can try saving it as a package (.ksp).  File>>Save package.

All projects I will try a package save. What about only getting  just one or two metals. I can click and drag it but is does stick.
