would you start the process in maya/3dsmax so you could import that scene into keyshot?  Or is there a way to import your Keyshot scene into maya/ 3dsmax? 
I have 3dsmax and maya but am a total noob in both programs.  would i have to apply materials inside 3dsmax since i would be blurring/rendering them in 3dsmax?
