unwanted split screen

Just installed (clean installed) 3.3 update.
now my screen is splitting into two small views and one large view underneath and spitting my object as well.
Any suggestions.

Im running windows 7/64
fire pro 8750V card with latest drivers

any suggestions
its works fine at home on a identical machine except its running a Nvidia quadroPro (im sure this is the reason but it worked fine on this machine on 3.0)

seems to not do it unless i re-size the window from the default opening size.
