material undo fails

I always adjust the shadows of my renderings in photoshop. I do this by making
a mask in Keyshot by dragging a flat material to the whole model in the scene tree and
turning off ground shadows. This works fine but the undo does not bring back the
original materials to my model. Sometimes it restores some materials sometimes none
so it forces me to exit keyshot without saving the changes.
