Importing BIP from Alibre Expert

When I try to import on of my BIP files from Alibre Expert into KeyShot 2 it shows a "Reading Data" pop up that never moves from 0%.  Imports all messed up from a Alibre Step file, and perfectly fine from AP 214 Step File.

How come my BIP files always have issues importing?
