Sales will not return my email!

Hello,

I fit into the "I purchased Hypershot 9 with the promise of a free upgrade to 10 when it's released" category. I've followed the instructions on the FAQ and emailed the sales department for instructions on what I need to do. I've emailed three times from one email address and once from another just in case it got marked as SPAM. No reply - ever. Can someone help me because I've been waiting sooooo long to use this awesome software.
