KS4 PRO floating stays small in the taskbar after export form SW plug in

when  I export from SW2013 using the plug in on one of my WIN7 X64 machines KS4 stays small (minimized) in the taskbar by default.
I can only see the file when I mouseover it in the taskbar and maximize by RMB.
starting KS4 floating from the startmenu does'nt show this problem.

the other machines with the exact same configuration I have seem to work ok.

what could be causing this?

I ran into this same problem with Keyshot 4 running on Windows 7-64 Pro.  Keyshot was opening minimized and would not open to a full or partial window from the taskbar.  I was able to get into Keyshot by opening the Task Manager - Applications, right click on Keyshot 4 and Maximize.  Undock all the menus.  Should function normal again.  May need to be closed and reopened.

There's a couple other options as well that may help until we fix this bug:

- Hover your mouse (the arrow not your actual mouse  ) over the KS shortcut to show the mini preview. Right click on the preview and choose maximize.

- If KS opens "minimized" everytime, you can go into the HTML file in the KeyShot 4 folder (should be under "My Documents" in most cases) and change the x and y to = 0 of this parameter: <mainwindow_position x="0" y="0"/>
