Okay, I will put this just straightforward and simple. Is there an Ambient/Occlusion option for Keyshot 3 if I need to empower the 3D effect of my renders?

This can be achieved by applying a white diffuse material to the entire model.

what Thomas said...but in order to render an ambient occlusion pass as intended in other renderers you need to create (in photoshop) a 32 bit all white HDR file and use that as lighting env
or if you have KS pro in the HDR editor add a rectangular pin that covers the whole Environment that you re currently using.

Sorry, I'm not very much into using different render pass types in post...
So if understand Marco correctly, an AO pass would be something that can be used in Photoshop with f.i. blend mode 'multiply' to accentuate shadow depth et cetera?
