Keyshot4 keeps crashing

Hi was checking out some vids of this keyshot for rendering models and thought id try out the trial version before i buy but after iv installed and started up i get to the main window (with the import,library ect) and keyshot crashes with "keyshot.exe has stopped working".. iv tryd reinstalling but still the same result. i would be very appreciative if anyone could help.

Iv just tryd out an trial old version keyshot_w32_2.3.2 and that seems to be working?? anyone any ideas?

What operating system are you running?

Sorry i should have mentiond that, im running Windows7 ultimate 32bit ,Intel Pentium 4 CPU 3.00GHZ 1 core 2 logical processor, 2gb ram with a Radeon x600 series.

it's abit of an oldie but still get's the job done
