stripes and lines in the render results

hey everybody, i have a problem with my renderings. after 11 hours of rendering on my i7 2600k this picture came up:

it's a minor problem but still unacceptable. this problem isn't there when I'm using the preview, it only exists when I'm using the render functions.

is this a common problem and what can I do ?
