Hi all, here I am after some time with a new rendering of my Macross Fanracer model. I changed some details and added a pilot, the CREO model rendered in Keyshot has been then post-processed to obtain a vintage look.

I love your modelling and your other renders, but I have to admit I'm not overly keen on this vintage look, don't think it fits the subject matter...

But hey, that's just my humble two-penneth...

I agree that the vintage look is a cliche, and in fact I was going to post the image with its original perfect blue sky, but then the camera angle made me think of many old pictures from aviation history... I wanted to create a contrast, sort of a retro-future idea. In the anime this is a propeller plane in a world where transforming space jets exist
