Keyshot 2 not working on Vista X64 machine

I recently installed Keyshot 2 (keyshot_w64_2.0.46.exe) on my Vista x64 workstation (Quad core - Quadro FX3450) and received my demo license.  After attempting to open license file, on Keyshot 2 startup, the software errors and tells me to copy into my Keyshot directory.  After I do the manual copy the software acts like it continues to launch but then permanently hangs.  Is this an xml file issue?  Whats the deal Luxion?

Hypershot has always run perfectly on this machine but I think I prefer to go the Keyshot 2 route.

Please check for any additional KeyShot2 license files. If it still doesn't work, please contact license@luxion.com and we will get you a new one.
