Scene tab > Position > Rotation fields: 1 degree increments

Scene tab > Position > Rotation fields:

Using the up-down arrows or mouse wheel, the Rotation changes in 45 degree increments.  I don't know of any short cut that overrides this increment.

I would like to see smooth rotation in 1 degree (or less) increments, with 45 degree jumps only when holding down a key.  To me that would be more consistent with the way I see the UI work in other graphic programs.

The position tool is great for getting close, but sometimes going straight to the Rotation fields is necessary to fine-tune the position.
