Can't import files from Sketchup with correct materials

I ever worked well with keyshot and solidworks for product design, however, now I'm working with architecture and sketchup and I'm having problems with imported materials to keyshot.
Even when I explode the whole thing in the sketchup and than group and colour the right faces with the correct materials, keyshot just understand and import those materials in a wrong and confusing way.
Keyshot still grouping aleatory faces and just respect a part of my sketchup arrangement.
I'm working with interior design and a lot of distinct materials, so, I'm wondering if the complexity of diferent materials is the reason for this problem.
Have anyone an idea or suggestion for this issue?
