Render Q

Here's (probably) an easy one:

After adding a bunch of files to a render Q, you can let it sit till the next day and then continue adding to the Q.  Then e.g. want to start the Q over the weekend.

Only, the second day, you've got a file with reset "render time limit" and "resolution", but you want to set it the same as the files already in the Q, but you don't remember what you'd set.

So .. in the Q, while hovering over an entry, it shows an image with some details (last modified:...) at the bottom.  Can you please add below that some more details about settings in the file ?

Such as for instance: file format / resolution / quality mode / quality mode details / ...

Can't think of any others, but some might have more ideas.  (Maybe Environement brightness setting ??)
