Why won't the tree stay collapsed? I have three separate models listed in the tree and I'm trying to delete the last one in the list (you have have to delete the parts under the model instead of just being able to do it from the heading of the list like you can to hide it, which seems a no brainer to me); so with all the trees collapsed to their respective node heads, I go and expand the last one to start deleting the model items under it. After I do the first one, ALL the nodes expand and I'm going along deleting parts from the first model in the tree instead of the last! Went almost the whole model before I realized what happened. Come on, this is basic file management stuff.
