KEYSHOT 4.0 PLUGIN FOR PRO/ENGINEER WILDFIRE 5.0 does not work

I followed the instruction to add the conifg, protkdat, to PRO/ENGINEER, but everytime the config disappeared and I had to add protkdat again and again after I close PRO E and re-opened it. Therefore, I could not use the plug-in at all. Please Help!!!

It's working fine for me. Are you clicking "Add/Change" after pointing to the protk.dat file? Be sure to do that and click "Apply". If you hit "Close" instead, it doesn't add the change.

Also, you mentioned using 4.0, there's a newer version out. In KeyShot, go to Help>Check for Udates or you can snag the full version from here: http://keyshot.com/try/
