I would turn on the ground grid .. that might help .. I think it just needs a small increase in the perspective slider.  Not sure if after that you need to twist a bit or not.

From what I read, with KS5 all this should be a lot more simple from the start with the "match perspective to backplate" option 
I'm curious to see how that will work ... should be good if it's a little like the sketchup option.
