Clay Material?

I was wondering how to achieve this Clay Material or if somebody could make it for me.
That would be very much appreciated as I have not been able to figure out how.

Any tips on similar lighting to that would also be amazing.

I'm wanting to make clay material.

Use the Plastic material, adjust the diffuse color to something more clay-like, and add a bit of roughness depending on how "wet" you want your clay to appear.
