Talk about give yourself a baptism of fire. Are you new to rendering or have you used other render tools before ?

DXF is really not the best of formats to use these days. DWG is a much better option. STEP even better still.

Rendering Architecture is always a difficult because we are surrounded by it every day, so to make it look real takes a lot of time and a lot of messing with texture scaling, zooming in and out etc. But perseverance is the key. I have pretty much finished the exterior material assignments, they still need some fine tuning to get the best from the renders. However here is a start with a quick shadow and light study.

Well after looking more closely at things for fine tuning textures, i have found several failures either in your modelling or with the DXF import/export. But you have floating cars, bamboo growing through geometry, gates that would drag, a step instead of a ramp, missing surfaces etc. Now it is possible to work around these things, but for me it's too time consuming for reasons already given.

If i was you I would do some simpler less ambitious models whilst you fine tune this one, and learn Keyshot through the video tutorials that you can find here ...

https://www.keyshot.com/learning/tutorials/ and of course the webinars which are here https://www.keyshot.com/learning/webinars/

I wish you all the best with this

Martin Sir

Thanx for your exposure on these topics. I would finetune my model and learn the tutorials first.

Thanx
