Does KeyShot now owe royalties to Amazon :)

This is yet another indicator civilization has gone mad.

Maybe that's what Amazon is trying to prove?

I'm just trying to see some logic behind the madness. :)

Dries,

It is such a ridiculous patent that I have to believe it was done only to prove how insane our patent system has become.

If I'm not mistaken its the software companies themselves that lobbied for this sheer lunacy of the DMCA.
and typically the lawyers are making a lot of loot from litigating this crap. Example Apple and Samsung

i just read that article. WTF? I don't get it  :-\

Do Amazon now own 90% of the shots iv churned out of keyshot?

TpwUK

Nahhhh it specifically states photography - lol

And even then just changing flash duration or intensity and angle etc should by rights nullify any claim they may present

They should refer to Ansel Adams for prior state-of-the-art. I'm co-inventor on close to a hundred patents, and trust me, the Patent and Trademark Office sucks.
