Despite saving my keyshot didn't save, can you help?

So I have spent the last day creating a long animation. Keyshot crashed (like it does hundreds of times a day grrrrr). Despite me saving numerous times the animation was not saved at all. I now face having to spend another day recreating this. I am completely gutted not to mention furious! Anyone have any idea if there might be a temporary or backup file somewhere which would have recorded these saves? Or do I just hurl my computer out of the window and start again

In preferences there's the option to do incremental saves using backup versions and you can set the count to how ever many you want, I have not tested to max, but would guess 99
