How to export for studio.verold or sketchfab HELP

Hi so I have the model textured but how do I export this out so that the model and textures are encoded in to the model?
I want to use studio.verold or sketchfab but they ask for the model and then the texture so this will not work as their no way to use your render work with studio.verold or sketchfab so how can this be done?
