VR problem

Hi!
I did a keyshot VR animation....
When I try to upload it into the browser nothing happen...the html page is open and the counter number don't increase and the number is alwasy 0...
I don't know why...it's not my first VR animation...I never had a problem until now....(but this is the first VR animation with ks5)

Hi Aripug,

I tested this out today and didn't have any problem (using 5.0.99). Is your web browser blocking it?

No...my browser isn't blocking it..
Today i did another VR animation and it's ok....but my old one keep to not working...
i tried Chrome, Firefox and Explorer too...but it's always freezed to 0%

Hmm... Was the main VR HTML modified and/or any of the associated folder names?

Nope.....I left the folder and the html into their original keyshot animation folder...
To be sure I did another VR and it works perfectly (i've some embedding problem on my wordpress blog but it is another issue ...and I'll open another thread )
