Depth pass "Could not complete..."

Hey everybody.

Something weird keeps happening when I try to open, in Photoshop, an EXR depth pass generated in Keyshot.

I receive the message "Could not complete your request because of a program error". This happens on my PC and my wife's too.

Other depth passes generated in the past were working fine.
Is this a bug?

I've also tried importing scene in a new BIP but it always gives me a non opening EXR depth pass, with every program.
