How to background render in Keyshot 5?

I'm using Keyshot 5.0.99 on Mac and the background render button is disabled. I just read where I can render at 4 megapixel with Keyshot 5 and wanted to try it out, but unfortunately I can't figure out how to enable background rendering. Please help. Thanks!
