Issue with key shot VR on web page

Hello

I am having an issue with keyshot VR files on my web page. The iframe embedding described in the instructions works perfectly. However if I try to scroll up and down with the mouse wheel and the cursor happens to be over the iframe area the page will no longer scroll.

I have used iframes for various other function such as embedding youtube videos and this issue does not occur. I have noticed that this issue exists even within the instructions.html that is created with a keyshotVR.

please help if you can!
