Hi,

im new to keyshot, years of max and maya have taken their toll on me. So obv i was overjoyed wen i started with keyshot.

I am using it in one of my project and have faced a curious problem:

I have an eyewear with translate animation on lenses. I bring it in keyshot using FBX from max. The animation comes out fine.
The PROBLEM is when i apply glass material on lenses. They seem fine but even when i scrub timeline, they turn black on some frames. The problem is on some frames only, and even when animation has not started.

I have checked for normal or any geometric problem, its not that.
Im using default lighting and nothing fancy for rendering.

If you want to experience the problem, just take a box in 3Ds max and animate it moving in 1 direction. Then bring it in keyshot and apply any clear glass material on it. Scrub timeline to see problem.

The problem looks like visually light is switchd off for that frame(only for the part where glass material is applied)
Anyone please help, im in middle of project :(

im adding a couple of snapshots to show the problem, in the 2nd snapshot u can see the lens dark, and animation has not even started :(
