Network Render over VPN

Hello!

I am having trouble staying connected to my network queue over my corporate VPN.  It seems to connect for a few seconds, then disconnects, and asks for my connection settings.  I enter the correct settings and click apply ... it connects for a few seconds and disconnects again.  I can see the slave machines and job queue when it's connected, but nothing when it disconnects.

Does anyone else have a similar problem? 

I have a node-locked license of KeyShot Pro 5 (newest release), and everything works fine when I'm in the office.  I have a master/slave machine, 4 slave-only machines, and just the network queue software on my laptop.  I'd like to check on jobs and download them if I'm offsite.
