I miss this feature as present in Rhino where you zoom in on the current pointer location rather than the entire scene as in Keyshot.

Very useful to quickly go to where you want to be.

Hi vmohoney,

In KeyShot 5.1 you can right click on a part in the realtime view or scene tree and select "Center and fit part". Or you can use the hotkey for "Look at" to set your camera pivot/focus point and use the middle mouse wheel to zoom in to that part.

look at is Ctrl+Alt+Right click right? Pretty sure it is.
Do that, then zoom in.

The best tool in rhino to move around is Zoom_Target_Window. (this isn't one tool by default, but it should be). This centers the camera at the point you first click, but you drag out to draw a box for extents of where to zoom. The camera then puts it's 3D center on that target, and snaps the zoom to fit the box you drew.

I also have massive problem with zooming in keyshot and having it handle clipping planes. They are Way too close for many of our files (depends on scale I'm sure)
