Animation - Auto Camera Panning possible?
« on: January 21, 2015, 11:22:19 am »
Hi,
I am new to Keyshot and especially to the Animations.
What i would like to do is give Keyshot 2 or 3 Cameras and let it calculate the panning between those Cameras. Is this possible somehow?

I can probably also do it with zoom, slide, etc. but it seems very hard to get exact where i want with those tools.

Well if you stick with the spherical movements then it is quite easy to get exactly where you want (so zoom, incline, orbit). You can just look at the values at the position and orientation part of the camera tab. And then focus on the spherical ones. All you need to do is enter the differences between the values in your animation (distance=zoom, azimuth=orbit, inclination=inclination).
I guess if you want to add translations it would get more complex, because then you have to use the values of the absolute position.
