Render queue stuck

Hello,

Currently I'm working on a job requiring big render quantities output.
To keep render time within limits I chose following settings;

Output:
.TIFF format transparency included
Resolution 1280 x 960
Print size 4.26667 x 3.2 inch at 300 DPI

Quality time limited on 2 minutes

I started batching 12 renders for a test run and everything went fine.
Then I wanted to start a bigger load but the queue got stuck at around 30 and keyshot froze up. I rebooted my computer but upon re-opening the file when going to render queue it freezes up again.

How can I reset my render queue?
Is there a way to see when I should stop filling up the queue?

Any help appreciated, it's quite urgent though
