Unable to use Keyshot fluently

Im unable to use Keyshot fluently, it almost freeze my CPU using almost 90% of resources.This is something that is happening in the few days ago, can't change materials, adjust settings etc...Nothing, even with performace mode active.

How can I fix it, or check out what is going wrong?

Current Keyshot verison: 8.2 Pro for ZBrush
