A test with textures only in Keyshot...

Finema

an other one in a warmest environment....

Nice harmonica, but the obvious repeating pattern on the ground plane is very distracting

Finema

Yes you are right  ???
i've correct it  ;)

Metal is looking great. I find the wood a bit strange though. Is the texture set in box mapping mode ? Light setup is also really good.

Finema

Thanks Nico  ;)
Yes i've a problem with wood material in Keyshot  :(

NM-92

UV mapping is the only way i found to get decent results. If you have a small radius to map, spliting surfaces and mapping individually often do the job, but with rounded corners i still haven't found an easy way to get it right.

Finema

Yes UV mapping is the best but it's a model to Grabcad and when i put it in C4D to create UV it's the misery  ;)
I've change the mapping mode of the wood texture
I hope it's better now.
In attachment 2 other tests.
Thanks again

I've added a little blue light and 2-3 corrections

Finema

here a black and copper version...

Hey Finema! Looks awesome but the timber still needs a bit of a bump map in my opinion. Try increasing the gloss to 18% (wouldn't know how much is that in roughness haha but wood on an harmonica has to be at least hand oiled) and adding a 0.15 bump to it so the darker seeds on the grain insets a tiny bit. Timber can be tricky sometimes when not using uv mapping.

Oh! By the way, that label detail looks incredible!!!

Finema

Thanks Nicordf
i will test... ;)
