[KNOWN ISSUE] KeyShot not starting/saving properly after May '19 Windows Update

When trying to install KeyShot, launch KeyShot after a May Windows 10 update are you seeing any of the errors below? We have some steps posted that you can try to resolve the issue.

How to fix it

  • Click Search bar near Windows Start Icon
  • Type in Ransomware Protection
  • Click to Turn Off
  • Reinstall KeyShot

Once KeyShot is installed, you can add it to the list of trusted apps. This will allow KeyShot to operate afteryou turn on Ransomware protection.
