Hi,
I've been experiencing a lot of issues with my stndalone version of KeyShot 7 PRO today, It hasn't been able to launch at all without prompting for activation of the license, and upon re-entering all details, it sats that registration was completed, but the new *.lic file can't be read. I really need to get a few renders done but cant even open the software.
I've sent the issues and license request files e.g. to KeyShot, but I do not have the time to wait for a solution today,

Does anyone have an idea of what I can do to resolve the issue?

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software aleady with no success.

Please, HELP ME!

If anyone is experiencing this issue as well it was solved by emailing a request file to license-at-luxion-dot-com

How To Create A Request File:

  • Start KeyShot and select "Activate your license" from the registration wizard.
    *Note:*If you are currently in "demo" mode, then open the registration wizard from *Help (PC) or KeyShot (Mac) > Register License.*
  • Enter your information and click *Continue.*
  • Enter your serial code.
  • Click _Save request file_ and send that file to us as an attachment.
